Opulent, persistent, fragrant.
Quite opulent for a CC, the Brolio offers dark cherries, balsamic, chocolate and dried roses, vanilla, star anise and brown spices. It is supple and the palate leans more to red cherry and wild red berries layered with saddle leather, espresso, spice and cocoa. Chalky tannins linger on a persistent finish.
